We had an event today and did secure a win which will make the third consecutive and achieved a 6/8 A rating. My suggestion is to get one of your players who is eager and motivated to run with it and you will find it will pay dividends in the end. I do use chat app, in game group messages, and alliance bullhorn to announce info and keep the team up to date. Finally, once you’ve done all the above and had a couple events under your belt people see the trend and understand what will transpire every two weeks and then repeat repeat. They also go on the offensive to put the enemy troops in the hospital and usually consist of 3-4 of your bigger players. I usually have 4-5 teams and each is designated to specific areas with exception of one team who assists the other teams at the beginning until the Dev, Munitions, and Central Res open up. In addition to this you need to use a chat app such as discord so you can post the spreadsheet along with any maps so there is no question where each player is to go at the start of the event. Once the registration is closed for the event you assign teams on the spreadsheet and keep them balanced BP wise. ![]() Third, use a spreadsheet for assigned positions within specific teams designated to seize specific areas of the map. Anyone that responds is then selected as a participant and anyone that doesn’t respond clearly didn’t read the message, can’t commit, and can’t complain that they weren’t selected. Second, before selecting players to participate send out another group message that they must respond that they are committed to the event at the specified time. First, post the time of the event in a group chat so all players know the time. Here are a couple tips that might help and I use each event to ensure our best chances of getting a win. ![]()
